Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Another Nine Austin?
Another Nine Austin is opening soon in Austin, TX. Join the waitlist on the booking page to hear the exact address first and get founding-member pricing.
Is Another Nine open 24 hours?
Yes. The facility is open 24/7, 365 days a year. You book online, get a unique access code by text and email, and that code opens the building and your private suite.
How much does a golf simulator suite cost?
Suites are priced per suite, by the hour, not per person, so splitting a suite with friends keeps the cost per person down. Live rates are shown on the booking page. Your first reservation is often discounted, and founding members get special pricing before opening.
Do I need a membership?
No. Anyone can book a suite online. No membership is required.
How many people can play in one suite?
Each private suite seats up to 5 people.
How long does 18 holes take on a golf simulator?
Plan on about one hour per player for 18 holes. Two players need about two hours, and four players need about four. For a shorter session, play 9 holes or use the driving range and games.
What simulator technology do you use?
Every suite has a Trackman iO launch monitor running Trackman Virtual Golf 3, with 350+ courses plus practice ranges, scenarios and mini games.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes, Another Nine is BYOB. Every suite has a mini-fridge, a smart TV with a full sports package, sound and seating. Please drink responsibly and follow the house rules.
Do I need my own clubs or golf shoes?
No. Club rentals are available, and you can check the current options when you book. Golf shoes aren't required, and gym shoes are fine. You do need to keep a shirt, bottoms and shoes on.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel or reschedule more than 12 hours before your booking, you get a full refund. Within 12 hours, you get store credit instead.
Is indoor golf good for beginners and non-golfers?
Yes. Simulator mini games, the driving range and casual 9-hole rounds are easy for beginners. The suite is private, so nobody is watching your swing.
Can I host a birthday, bachelor party or team event?
Yes. Private suites work well for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, date nights, client entertainment and team building. Leagues and friendly competitions are also available.
